We ship domestically (United States) and internationally to most countries (excluding US-sanctioned regions).
Q: How long does shipping take?
United States:
- Same Day Delivery: Available for select items and locations. Check checkout page for availability.
- 2 Day Delivery with FedEx 2Day®: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will arrive within 2 business days.
- Standard Delivery with USPS, UniExpress, FastHorse: 5-12 business days.
International:
- Express Shipping:
EU: 2-5 business days.
Other International: 4-7 business days. - Standard Shipping:
EU: 8-13 business days.
Other International: 10-15 business days.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track it directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Q: Who pays customs fees for international orders?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Q: How do I care for my socks?
- Machine wash cold (<30°C) inside out.
- Air dry for best results. Avoid bleach.
- For wool blends, hand wash gently.

Pilling is natural with cotton/wool blends. Use a fabric shaver or trim loose threads.

Contact us immediately at support@mosopy.com. We’ll try to adjust it if not yet processed.
