We ship domestically (United States) and internationally to most countries (excluding US-sanctioned regions).

Q: How long does shipping take?

United States:

  • Same Day Delivery: Available for select items and locations. Check checkout page for availability.
  • 2 Day Delivery with FedEx 2Day®: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will arrive within 2 business days.
  • Standard Delivery with USPS, UniExpress, FastHorse: 5-12 business days.

International:

  • Express Shipping:
    EU: 2-5 business days.
    Other International: 4-7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping:
    EU: 8-13 business days.
    Other International: 10-15 business days.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track it directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Q: Who pays customs fees for international orders?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • You have 30 days to return unused items in original packaging with tags.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Non-returnable items: Sale/personalized products.

Q: What if my socks arrive damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof, and we’ll replace or refund your order.


Product Care & Sizing

Q: How do I care for my socks?

  • Machine wash cold (<30°C) inside out.
  • Air dry for best results. Avoid bleach.
  • For wool blends, hand wash gently.

Q: Why do my socks pill?
Pilling is natural with cotton/wool blends. Use a fabric shaver or trim loose threads.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
No! You can check out as a guest. Create an account to track orders faster.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at support@mosopy.com. We’ll try to adjust it if not yet processed.

Q: What if my package is lost?
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll investigate or issue a refund.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently, but we’re working on it!

We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return your order and repurchase.
