1. Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email support@mosopy.com or submit a return form at mosopy.com/rma.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photo/video proof of damaged/defective items.
3. Return Shipping:
   • Damaged/Incorrect Items: We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
   • Other Reasons: You cover return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refund Method:
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
  • Store credit never expires.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale/Clearance Items
• Personalized/Custom Products (e.g., socks with custom designs).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photo/video proof.
• We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping Instructions

• Pack items securely in their original packaging.
• Include your order number inside the package.
• Ship to the return address provided in RMA process.

7. Compliance
