1. Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All socks come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  • What’s Covered:
    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, seam unraveling).
    • Material flaws (e.g., dye bleeding, elastic failure).
  • What’s Not Covered:
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage from improper care (e.g., machine-drying wool socks).
    • Purchases from unauthorized retailers.

2. Warranty Claims Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@mosopy.com with:
    • Order number.
    • Photos/video of the defect.
    • Brief description of the issue.
  2. Assessment: We’ll review your claim within 3 business days.
  3. Resolution:
    • Replacement: Free replacement of the defective item(s).
    • Refund: Full or partial refund if replacement isn’t possible.

3. Complaints Process

Step 1: Submit a Formal Complaint

Include:

  • Order number.
  • Detailed description of the issue.
  • Supporting evidence (photos, screenshots).

Step 2: Acknowledgment

  • We’ll confirm receipt within 24 hours (business days).

Step 3: Investigation & Resolution

  • We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days.

4. Limitations

  • Warranty does not cover customized/personalized socks.
  • Complaints about shipping delays must be directed to our Shipping Policy.

5. Legal Rights

Under US Consumer Rights Directive and US Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to:

  • A 2-year legal guarantee for defects present at the time of delivery.
  • A 14-day withdrawal period for returns (non-defective items).
