1. Warranty Coverage
- Duration: All socks come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, seam unraveling).
- Material flaws (e.g., dye bleeding, elastic failure).
- What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from improper care (e.g., machine-drying wool socks).
- Purchases from unauthorized retailers.
2. Warranty Claims Process
- Contact Us: Email support@mosopy.com with:
- Order number.
- Photos/video of the defect.
- Brief description of the issue.
- Assessment: We’ll review your claim within 3 business days.
- Resolution:
- Replacement: Free replacement of the defective item(s).
- Refund: Full or partial refund if replacement isn’t possible.
3. Complaints Process

Step 2: Acknowledgment

4. Limitations
- Warranty does not cover customized/personalized socks.
- Complaints about shipping delays must be directed to our Shipping Policy.
5. Legal Rights
Under US Consumer Rights Directive and US Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to:
- A 2-year legal guarantee for defects present at the time of delivery.
- A 14-day withdrawal period for returns (non-defective items).
